Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you enrol on any programme run by ICR IT Centre, Rahim Yar Khan, a project of Hello World Technologies. Please read them before you pay a fee. Enrolling means you accept them.

Enrolment and your seat

A seat is confirmed only once we have verified your fee payment against our bank statement. Until then your place is not held. Batches have limited seats so that every trainee gets individual attention, and we allocate them in the order payments are verified.

Fees and installments

Course fees are shown on each course page and are quoted in Pakistani Rupees. You may pay in full or on the installment plan offered at enrolment. If you choose installments, the remaining amounts and their due dates appear in your student portal, and your access to course material may be paused if an installment stays unpaid past its grace period.

We do not take card payments and never ask for card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords or OTPs. You transfer the fee yourself, from your own banking app, and enter the transaction ID. Anyone asking you for those details is not us.

Refunds

Fees are refundable up to the start of the second class of your batch, less any transaction charges. After that point the seat is considered taken for the batch and the fee is not refundable. If ICR cancels a batch before it begins, you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next batch, whichever you prefer.

Attendance and conduct

Certificates and Pro-10 selection depend on attendance and on completing the assignments, so we record attendance for every session. We expect trainees to treat staff, other trainees and the equipment with respect. We may remove anyone from a programme for harassment, damage to equipment, or repeated disruption, without a refund.

Course material and recordings

Lesson videos, handouts and any other material we provide are for your personal study while you are enrolled. You may not record, redistribute, resell or publish them. Access to material is tied to your enrolment.

Certificates

A completion certificate is issued once you have finished the lessons and passed the course quizzes. Each certificate carries a verification code that anyone can check on this website. We may withdraw a certificate found to have been obtained dishonestly.

Placement and earnings

We provide career placement services, freelancing sessions and mock interviews, and we share openings we hear about. We do not guarantee a job, a client, or any level of income. What you earn after the course depends on your own work.

Changes to a programme

We may change a trainer, a class timing, or the order of the syllabus where we need to. We will tell you in advance through the student portal or on WhatsApp. The total teaching hours you paid for will not be reduced.
